Blue Aero 7 IconPack Project

Hello, I bring a new project, the icons are icons in 256 px resolution, but I need help to convert them to *.ico format without losing quality and also create the theme for IconPackager. I hope the help of someone from the community, thanks!

But if someone wants to put the icons in a dock, i left the link with all the *.png icons.

Maybe is missing some Icons because when i convert to .ico, 2 or 3 icons look really bad, but the most important is in .ico format .

Now I need someone who have windows 7 to compile this icons to IconPackager because i run xp right now until I buy my new desktop pc.
